Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026. Because each book is personalised, cancellations and refunds depend on the stage of preview approval and printing.

• Orders can be cancelled before preview approval and before the book is sent for printing.
• Once the preview is approved and the book is sent for printing, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds are not applicable for approved personalised print orders unless there is a printing, production or delivery damage issue.
• Spelling, photo crop, layout or detail choices approved in the preview are not refundable unless the issue was caused during production.
• If there is a printing, production or delivery damage issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the book and packaging.
• Eligible resolutions may include correction, reprint, replacement or refund depending on the issue.
• PDF soft copy purchases are non-refundable once delivered, unless the file has an issue that cannot be corrected.
