• We collect only the details needed for your order, such as parent contact details, child’s name, age, photos, order preferences and delivery details.
• Child photos and order details are used only for book creation, preview, customer support, printing and delivery.
• Order details may be shared only with trusted service partners needed to complete your order, such as designers, printers, delivery partners or production tools.
• Working files and photos are deleted within 7 working days after order completion or delivery, unless you request corrections or ask us to retain them for a future order.
• We do not sell your personal information or use child photos for public marketing without permission.
• You can contact us to request correction or deletion of your personal details or photos.
