Photo Usage Policy

Last updated: June 2026. Child photos shared with Little Bind are used only for creating the personalised book and preview.

• By sharing a child’s photo, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian, or that you have permission to share the photo for book creation.
• Photos are used only for book creation, preview, corrections, production and customer support related to your order.
• We do not use child photos in ads, social media or public marketing without separate permission.
• Photos may be processed using design tools, printers or production partners only as needed to create and deliver your order.
• Working files and photos are deleted within 7 working days after order completion or delivery, unless you request corrections or ask us to retain them for a future order.
• If you need corrections, please request them before the working files are deleted.
• You can contact us to request earlier deletion after order completion.
• You can buy a soft copy PDF if you want to keep a digital version of the completed book.
• Images, illustrations, book previews and sample pages shown on the Little Bind website are protected display assets. Please do not copy, download, reuse, edit, share or redistribute them without written permission.
