Yes. We prepare the personalised preview within 12–24 hours and email you when it is ready, so you can review it before paying.
Small corrections can be requested before final approval. Please share any changes before the order goes for production.

Photo & Personalisation
A clear, front-facing JPEG or PNG photo in good light works best. Avoid distant, covered or group faces unless the product specifically asks for them.
Yes. The number depends on the product and character. Each upload box shows its exact minimum and maximum.
Yes. Photos are used only for the personalised preview and order. Working files and photos are deleted within 10 days after shipment, unless corrections are still in progress.

Printing & Delivery
Most book orders are delivered in 5–7 working days after preview approval. We confirm the timeline for frames separately.
